Personalizing Information

When you order your urn you will asked for your urn preferences.
 If you have not decided or would like more time-you may email me when you have decided. We will start your urn (it takes us 3-5 business days to complete your pet's urn) and you can notify us of your preferences later.

Photo Display: Let me know if you would like a personalized mat for a vertical (up & down) or horizontal (landscape) picture.

For Personalized Mat: I will cut the mat to hold a 3 1/2" by 5" photograph-a larger mat can not be cut (I need room for the personalizing). Please state what you would like it to say (type it exactly how you would like it (all capitals or first letter capitalized), name, dates or phrase. I can do 1-3 lines (the more letters/ numbers per line the smaller the font will be (15-20 per line looks very nice) up to 30 characters per line.

Font: Personalizing will be done in Script font unless words are all capitals or 3 lines are requested-than personalizing will be done in Times font unless requested otherwise.

No Personalizing: If you do not want the mat personalized-I will cut your mat to hold a 4" x 6" photo, if you have a different size in mind please let me know.

Mat color choice: please refer to the Suede Photo Mat Color Chart link on this page for available suede mat color choices and samples.  I have almost any color in regular matting. If you have a specific color in mind-let me know, I will try to fill your request.

Brass Hanger: We will mount a brass on the back of urn for hanging at no additional cost.

Every Urn comes with 1 personalized (or unpersonalizing if you wish) at no additional cost.
 
Additional mats may be ordered at a cost of $5.00 each. You may have the additional mat(s) personalized anyway you wish and your choice of mats. Additional mats will be shipped with your urn.

Urns will be shipped within 5 business days.
